Profile Description

I have 7 years of experience in customer service and sales. Half of that time was dedicated to customer care, building rapport, understanding problems, and resolving them effectively. The other half involved upselling, working as a Business Development Representative, and closing deals, which I particularly enjoyed as it allowed me to nurture my prospecting and lead generation strengths.
One of my most significant accomplishments is pioneering a startup recruitment platform with 20 colleagues. Initially, we offered clients a free app, which eventually evolved into a revenue-generating recruitment service bringing in $80,000-$100,000 monthly after a year. This growth led to the expansion of our team to almost 100 employees within that year. My main contribution was to reach out to clients in the Sales, Travel, Insurance, and Real Estate industries and promote our recruiting services.
 I engaged in cold calling, email blasting, and LinkedIn outreach for lead generation. After initiating contact and knowing the client's pain points, I scheduled Google meetings for our sales closer to further engage potential clients. I vividly recall successfully booking a team of travel agents in a single meeting, resulting in five of them purchasing our services. Additionally, I have closed deals on occasions where I have established a strong connection with the prospect. I also regularly attended meetings to contribute ideas for the improvement of the company.
