Profile Description

After almost seven years of experience and competence as a customer service representative, content moderator, and virtual assistant, I've chosen to commit to this role full-time. I can adapt my work hours to accommodate my personal needs, such as family responsibilities or personal pursuits. I am highly motivated, self-disciplined, and constantly set goals for myself, so I have something to strive towards.

Empathy and emotional intelligence are also two skills that have assisted me in developing deep and lasting relationships with people. I believe in the importance of understanding and connecting with others on an emotional level has proved extremely beneficial in personal relationships as well as positions requiring empathy, such as customer service or leadership. Problem-solving is an important skill that I've developed via analytical thinking, creativity, and a rigorous approach. This strength has helped me to manage barriers efficiently, whether it's handling difficult issues at work or finding answers to common life concerns. Lastly, being able to adapt to certain situations, in this world where everything continues to evolve, adaptability is a strength that has helped me survive those ever-changing situations.

I want to make a significant impact on the growth and success of the business or company that I will be working with in the future. As I progress in my role, I aim to leverage my expertise as a customer service representative, and content moderator along with my virtual assistant skills and experience to help clients achieve their goals. I aim to apply my background and knowledge with social media, customer handling, and continuously improving processes for businesses and on various projects.
