As a licensed attorney in the Philippines, I've had the privilege of ushering numerous cases from their inception through to their resolution, covering the gamut from pre-trial stages to presenting arguments at the Trial Courts and the Appellate Courts (the Philippine Court of Appeals and the Philippine Supreme Court), both of which sharpened my skills as a trial and litigation attorney. 
My experience in the U.S., serving as a paralegal across states like Maryland, New York, California, and Texas, has equipped me with the responsibility of drafting a diverse range of litigation documents. These encompass demand letters, complaints/petitions, answers, a variety of motions and their respective responses, Discovery documents like Interrogatories, Requests for Production, Requests for Admissions, and their corresponding responses, among others. Furthermore, I have crafted briefs, memoranda, proposed orders, settlement agreements, and motions for summary judgment, always ensuring they meet the exacting standards of American legal practice.
But litigation is just one facet of my expertise. I have honed my skills in e-discovery, deposition summaries, contract analysis and management, and the nuanced tasks of abstraction, summarization, and globalizing contracts. My proficiency extends to document review as well.
A significant part of my legal acumen comes from intensive legal research. I am adept at utilizing platforms like Lexis Nexis, Westlaw, and especially CaseText. The "co-counsel" Artificial Intelligence is a CaseText tool I'm particularly proficient with, and it's served as an invaluable asset in my research and case preparations. Furthermore, I'm experienced in using case management systems, notably Clio and MyCase, streamlining client management and case progression.
