Profile Description

ACCOUNTING OFFICER      
1) Accounts Payable handling— Payment Processing, Creation of Entries in the system, Payable and check vouchers processing, creation of checks and monitoring of payables. End to End process in Accounts Payable.

2) Benefits ; Statutory Filings and Payments—Filings of Statutory Contributions and payments ahead of due dates . 

3)  Bank Reconciliation - To ensure that balances of books vs. Banks are balanced.

4) Handling of Company's Books ex: Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss etc.

5)  Payroll for Employees                                                                                                     
ACCOUNTING SYSTEM USED: XERO and ORACLE 

ADMIN and EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT 
1) Prepare Meeting Schedules for executives 

2)Prepares Files for Signatures and checking from other Departments 

3) Appointment Setters
