· Lead Generation, Data Scraping & Research
   - 3 years of experience in Data Research and Scraping contact information using various tools such as Apollo IO, Hunter IO, Rocket Reach, Email Verifier, VPN Apps, and other free software  and websites that are available to use in extracting necessary information

· Customer Service
   - 5 years of experience handling patients’ Medical Inquiries, Tours, and Medical itineraries, and overall Medical Travel Experience. I am also responsible for coordinating with partner hospitals, specialty clinics, and doctors, obtaining the cost estimates and expected course of procedure/treatment plan, and other requirements that a client may need. I also have 6 months of experience in an insurance company as a Financial Solutions Associate, conducting financial needs analysis and recommending customized solutions. I am also responsible for strengthening customer relationships through after-sales service by answering their inquiries about their old and new insurance policies.   
    
· Clerical and Administrative Support
   - I have 3 years of experience in Medical Customer Service as I am in charge of preparing necessary documents for patients’ medical itineraries, such as diagnostic procedures, consultation, confinement, and discharge, as well as their travel itinerary, such as hotel booking orders, renewal of travel documents if and when necessary. Summarization and presentation of expenses through Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is also part of my job to ensure that the funds they paid us are well spent throughout their medical stay.
   
   - 6 months of working in an insurance company, the collation of documents such as ID, medical certificates/abstract, and other needed documents is also part of my job as a financial advisor to ensure that the client is clear of any discrepancy in the application of their insurance.
    
· Marketing & Lead Generation
   - Responsible for looking for more clients by connecting through
different social media sites such as LinkedIn and Facebook to get direct referrals from our partner doctors, companies, and previous patients who availed of our services.

·  Product Research & Listing
   - Owned a small online business focusing on bicycle parts and accessories, posted on a local E-commerce website called Shopee. I commonly use Alibaba and Aliexpress to find the products I want to sell online.
