I worked in the BPO industry for 7 years. I started as Customer Service Representative until I became the team leader of several accounts. What I do is to respond to customer's questions which resulted in 95% increase in customer satisfaction ratings before I became one of the team leader. As a team leader I manage team performance daily ensuring the service and quality objectives are being attained and maintained on a consistent basis Provided agents with instructions for changes and improvements in front-line productivity according to management directions. Assessed each agent's skill level and knowledge and delegated tasks accordingly, resulting in a 100% increase in accuracy and productivity of the team. Increased efficiency of the team by hiring talented individuals with different BPO settings skills. Conducted performance reviews of employees and gave suggestions for improved productivity. Motivated and instructed administrative employees on the best ways to complete routine and complex situations and tasks.
