Profile Description

I’ve been working in the BPO industry for almost 4 years. 2 years as a Customer Service/ Social Media Specialist and currently working full-time as a Real-Time Analyst.

As a Customer Service/Social Media Specialist I was trained to handle consumers professionally, be able to handle all their concerns, and at the same time be able to make consumers feel that I will be able to resolve their concern and give them a satisfactory service. My fluency in English both in speaking and writing were also further enhanced here.

As a Real-Time Analyst I am trained to be keen to details especially in the reports I make since these are being sent to our clients. I can adapt quickly to any changes in the work set-up. I am also familiar with the different Microsoft Office tools being used.

I am now exploring the world of freelancing and would like to further enhance my knowledge by working part-time for clients. I am currently learning how to become a better Virtual Assistant focusing more on Social Media Management and would also be exploring graphic designing in the near future.
