I am a hard-working, motivated and enthusiastic person. I always strive to achieve the highest standard possible, at any given task and in any situation. I am accustomed to working in a challenging and fast-paced environment, particularly when dealing with projects and priorities at the same time. I have Customer Service (CSR) and Technical Support (TSR) experience. I previously handled US accounts that specialized in phone, TV, and internet services such as Dish, Comcast including Netspend account as well.
As a Telemarketer or Outbound Sales Man, I used to sell vacation packages in Cancun, Mexico. You've read it right!! I was selling packages costing more than a thousand bucks and got promoted as a Sales Trainer.
I am also a good appointment setter and can handle different types of customers with their objections over the phone. I am a smart person, who can work with less supervision and is open to learning new things that can benefit me and the company.
