Profile Description

I am currently employed as a full time employee of Verizon Enterprises ---------- ilippines as an Incident Manager. However, this did not stop me from continuing to be a part-time online freelancer. I have been an online freelancer for more than 12 years now.

As an online freelancer, my jobs are mostly data entry, web research, creating a list based on the supplied category and lead generation such as finding social media influencers. My objective is to be able to use my online skills; excellent English communication skills both written and verbal, web research skills and data entry skills, and strong Customer Service, Sales and Technical Support background/training to help employers to achieve or even exceed their ---------- is important to me that my clients are pleased and extremely satisfied with the results of each project. I've worked for Call Center and BPO industry here in the Philippines for more than 9 years and I fully understand the importance of a great communication. I want to maintain constant communication with my clients for them to know the progress of the project we are working on.
