Profile Description

I am an e-commerce virtual assistant, handling customer service support. We are helping our clients troubleshoot technical issues on the software platform. Answering email tickets as well.

I can help you with a specific task such as a product list or upload, using bulk CSV uploads, processing orders, product research, negotiating with suppliers, especially returns, and refunds to follow up. I am also familiar with dropshipping and fulfillment by Amazon and HomeDepot business models.

I am familiar with some tools in dropshipping, such as AutoDS Monitor, where we can optimize the breakeven fees and profit calculation without any loss to the business. I use Zikanalytics, Amazon Product Finder (AMZScout PRO), and AZInsight (Amazon FBA) for the product research.

I can manage the eBay store, processing all orders, returns, and complaints of our clients and reviewing some feedback to maintain the good standing of our store.

As a data entry freelancer, I can work in data moderation, extracting data from other data, generate leads with their specific details, help and finish the task on time without supervision, and easily manage my time and very keen details.

I am also a web researcher, where my task is to find lead details using any syntax and any other research tools.
