Hi, I’m ---------- ---------- , I’m a father of two kids and a provider of my family’s needs. I am independent and confident to handle concerns or issues and I am very capable of handling multitask. I am a type of person who likes to work hard for my family and a person who will do anything for my family so I can provide them with their needs. I am a fast paced learner and does not stop in learning new skills, why? I studied nursing but I do designing, in line with that I am an expert of Adobe Photoshop and Corel Draw. I design anything and what my client needs and work on with designs beyond my client expectations. I am also a type of person who likes to talk with people or with customers who are in need of my help in terms of technical support for internet and billing issues. Not only that, I do sales as well, I sell products like cable, internet and phone based on what my customer’s needs. I am also a type of person who is not contented with minimal and limited output because I want to provide quality service to my clients. I am an expert of analyzing data for reporting as well, I currently work in one of the biggest BPO industries worldwide and I lead a performing team because of my strategy and techniques I use to ensure performance is maintained.

I have been to customer service and technical support representative from Oct 2008 to Dec 2009 and promoted to a Supervisor of a technical support team in January 2010 because of my performance and providing quality work based on client’s demands and needs. I had 20 to 22 people who worked with me and exceeded client’s demands with my supervision. I also worked with one of the well-known hotels, I was a front desk supervisor and at the same time an accountant as well during my stay with them. I was able to provide quality service to my guests and helped the said hotel in terms of knowing the root cause of high and low occupation of guest rooms and helped them analyze, brainstorm and execute marketing strategies based on the historical data versus the current data. I had also contributed work friendly and hassle free reports to the accounting team because of my expertise in MS Excel and other MS Office applications. With the skills learned, I am now currently working with one of the big BPO companies worldwide and been agent for 5 months and eventually promoted as a supervisor and still providing quality service to the employer I am working with.

I also have experience with Workforce, Reporting , Automation and analysis,  scheduling and capacity planning. I have been with workforce since 2016 (6 years) , with the experience I had I was able to experience working with Excel Automation and I was able to work with schedule agents for more than a year and to add I was promoted to capacity planner and worked in planning with 4 major campaigns. 

I know and I am confident that with all the skills equipped I can provide high standard and best quality of service and sustain as a self-motivated, enthusiastic, hard-working and easy to work individual to my clients. Lastly, I am an enthusiastic, most of all self-motivated individual who always strives to achieve high and quality standards in whatever tasks given to me
