Have been handling email and call support for US clients. I do most of my work as Customer Service Representative with a little background in sales. Time Zone is no issue for me since I am adaptable to any changes. I was also awarded as Most Efficient Agent and Most Handled Case in a month.

Answering calls regarding resident issues, maintenance concern, and leasing queries
Creating lease agreement for residents through DocuSign
Creating appropriate documents for move outs, complaints, lease renewals, and other documents
Saving residents details through Yardi, Buildium or Propertyware CRM
Generating Market Rent Survey to determine competitors pricing
On-boarding vendors and generating email for work instructions
Processing application and using TransUnion to do credit checking
Follow-up calls or emails for unpaid tenants
Sending e-mail automations
Schedule property tours or showings
