Freelance - Logistics Specialist | Customer Service

Coordinate and track domestic and international shipments by communicating with customers, carriers, and internal teams. Handle order processing, scheduling, and documentation (BOLs, invoices, packing lists). Monitor shipments using TMS, resolve delays or issues, and ensure compliance with logistics policies. Support freight quoting and collaborate with warehouse and sales teams to ensure smooth fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Manages certain number of agents. Set expectations about their goals. Listen to calls and analyze that could've done better on the call. Lead call calibrations and provide feedback; summary of the call, best solution that fits the situation, recognize good points and demonstrate behaviors that could've been displayed on the call. Recognize and appreciate good performers. Generate daily performance with the use of MS excel; formulate a report for daily, weekly and monthly performance of my team. Create a deck for my team's weekly and monthly performance. Set a daily or weekly break and lunch schedule for my team depending on the load of calls.

Responsible for reviewing and processing loan applications, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and supporting applicants throughout the loan lifecycle—from application to disbursement.
