I am a highly experienced Customer Support Specialist and Virtual Assistant with over 10 years of professional experience in customer service, administrative support, and remote operations. I have worked with international companies, helping businesses deliver excellent customer service while maintaining organized and efficient workflows.

I started my career in the BPO industry as a Customer Service Representative, later advancing to Quality Assurance and eventually becoming a Supervisor. These roles strengthened my skills in communication, problem-solving, quality monitoring, and team support while maintaining high service standards.

I later transitioned to working remotely as a Virtual Assistant and Booking Dispatcher for a U.S.-based company. My responsibilities included managing client bookings, coordinating worker schedules, dispatching teams, handling last-minute schedule changes, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
