Profile Description

My name is Jhone Juraim Saycon. I'm originally from Dumaguete City, Philippines.

I bring nearly a decade of experience across various roles in both onsite and remote work environments. I started my career at the age of 18 while still studying, assisting a relative with data research and data entry. This early experience laid a strong foundation in information management and attention to detail.

I later transitioned into the BPO industry, where I gained valuable experience in sales, customer service, and back-office support. I spent two years handling chat and email communications for retail accounts. When the pandemic struck, I took the initiative to build my own home office and shift to remote work.

As a Virtual Assistant, I expanded my skills in lead generation, appointment setting, and schedule coordination. I also worked as a Customer Retention Specialist, and later joined Concentrix Mactan in Lapu-Lapu City as a Technical Support Representative for Project Halo.

Most recently, I returned to remote work, contributing to website development using Hostinger and WordPress, designing visual assets in Canva, and performing lead scraping with ---------- .
