Profile Description

Licensed Electrical Engineer with professional experience in Electrical Estimation, Quantity Surveying, Bid Coordination, Technical Virtual Assistance, and Engineering Operations. Skilled in cost estimation, quantity takeoff, bid documentation, project coordination, and workflow management across construction, engineering, and administrative environments.

Experienced in reviewing electrical and MEPF plans, preparing detailed quantity takeoffs, evaluating BOQs, analyzing revisions and change orders, and coordinating RFIs, bid queries, and technical documentation. Knowledgeable in electrical systems estimation including power, lighting, low-voltage systems, FDAS, CCTV, structured cabling, and auxiliary systems, with working familiarity in applying Philippine Electrical Code and National Electrical Code standards during estimation and project evaluation.

Proficient in project budgeting, cost monitoring, vendor and subcontractor coordination, scope validation, and assessment of project cost impacts resulting from design revisions or scope variations. Adept at maintaining organized documentation, preparing technical reports, and supporting pre-construction and tendering activities with accuracy and attention to detail.

In addition to engineering and construction experience, currently expanding expertise in workflow automation, digital operations, and process optimization using tools such as Google Sheets, Zapier, and structured workflow systems.
