Profile Description

I have a six year professional experience as a customer service representative . I am dealing with different customers who are angry, frustrated or upset. I got commendation with the caller mostly with customers that I handle because I know that I deliver success at the end of the call by providing correct information and instruction to their inquiries as soon as possible so that I can lessen the customers frustration or bad experience with our product or company. With my CSR skills I know that I am qualified candidate with the position that you have ---------- t only that , you can also count on me when it’s comes to punctuality, I am very flexible person and I can do shifting schedules.

I am now working as Real Time Analyst for internation account based in USA. I am one of the specialist who provide real time help to team leaders to multiple site of multiple LOB. I do answer email of our seniors , team leaders and service delivery manager of every line of business. I am assigned to create bi hourly report and make changes to agent's schedule via request in bridge or email. I also skill agents depends on their team leader request.

I also have part time job at the ---------- nt as admin assistant for PruLife Uk . I am the first one to qualify the leads for his team.
