I have more than ten years of work experience as a Customer Service Specialist during my stay in the call center industry. I've made sales, inbound and outbound calls, plus email and chat support.
I started working at home in 2010 and worked as an appointment setter, cold caller, telemarketer, and eCommerce Customer Service Rep. 
I would describe myself as somebody who is very positive. I am conscientious in my work. I am resilient, so I can deal with complex scenarios when required. I am a professional, a strong communicator, and I can always follow the rules and procedures. I also have previous experience in customer-facing roles.

I'm able to build great rapport. I enjoy listening to and understanding people's experiences and situations and professionally sharing mine. This allows me to build rapport and, in turn, helps me support my clients in an individual-centered approach.
I empathize well with others. This helps me build connections and create bonds with them. 
I build trust quickly. By listening well and focusing on gaining a deep understanding, people feel that I have their best interest at hand. This allows me to play the role of a trusted Customer Service Rep, helping guide them to the right solution to their problem.
