I have worked as a customer service representative for 8 years so I have a pretty good exposure when it comes to customer handling email, chat and phone. I have worked for a telecommunications company, a financial company and an internet service provider and these jobs have had me taking inbound phone calls from U.S. based customers for years. My roles in the past jobs included resolving customer problems, giving sales pitches, recommending upgrades, explaining charges on accounts, and escalating complaints.
