Profile Description

I am a Licensed Professional Teacher Major in Mathematics with Post Graduate units in Master of Education. I have been a Customer Service and Sales Representative for more than four years for North American Customers for eBay and Sprint /T-Mobile when I worked with ePerformax Contact Centers and BPO. For eBay, I handled inbound phone calls before the COVID-19 pandemic. We transitioned to emails and chats during the pandemic with a work-from-home setup. After a while, I was transferred to a Sprint/T-Mobile account for inbound and outbound phone calls with still a work-from-home setup. I also have recent experience as a sales agent for flight booking via chat using a chatbot and selling health insurance and pharmacy benefits through outbound and inbound phone calls.
