Profile Description

I have 10 years of experience answering customer emails and phone calls.Make travel plans. Schedule appointments.Make cold calls to generate leads from a provided spreadsheet. Create content for the company's social media channels. Conduct online research to find the address and contact information for a given list of companies.Prepare presentations in accordance with the instructions provided.
Data entry and other fundamental tasks. However, more experience in specific industries, such email marketing, and lead generation, may be required.
I was also hired as a Content Operations Team Leader to oversee the management of our affiliated E-commerce sites as well as some administrative duties.
I also get to work with clients, where I send messages and invites to people related to their business via Upgrade to see actual infossage proposals and all.
I also have experience with order processing, Oberlo, AliExpress, Zendesk and Shopify and other tools.
I am also handling Social Media Marketing for my previous clients specially in Real Estate business and Ecommerce.
