Profile Description

I am an experienced Customer Service Agent. I handled calls, email and text in a BPO industry for almost a decade. I also worked as a Freelance Online English teacher to various group ages and nationalities. 

I am familiar with using Zendesk, Shopify, Websynapse, and Shipstation. I have knowledge of Microsoft Tools and Asana too. I used to be a Team Lead as well where I handled difficult and complicated emails, chats, and text tickets. I am a self-starter and I can do the work efficiently with minimum supervision.
