I have been in the sales and customer service industry for 7 years. I have worked with companies like AT&T as well as Telstra as a sales representative where we pitch for sales and process orders for our customers and answer their inquiries through chat and over the phone. I have also worked with Macy's, a credit card company, as a collections representative doing outbound calls and replying to customers' emails to make sure that their account is up to date.

I have also experience working as a chat support agent for an American Health Care Company answering member's inquiries about their plan inclusion and booking appointments for checkups. Additionally, I have been cold calling and booking appointments for wellness accounts for Social Marketing 180 for 2 years.
