Hi there, I've been working in the BPO industry for roughly 9 years, mostly as customdr service representative, at times a technical support, both day and graveyard shift. I’ve developed impeccable phone and chat m ---------- ers and an ability to politely deal with disgruntled customers. Duties at my previous company included making 60-70 calls or chats with 2 concurrencies I am a self-starter and excel at handling customer inquiries, and policy changes and resolving conflicts quickly.
Within that 9 years, 3 years and 4 months of it I worked as a real-time analyst. I managed the call volume, daily attendance, and program break schedules. Assisted with the creation of metrics and targets for services. Produced daily, biweekly, and monthly internal reports.
