Profile Description
As a case manager, I am the one responsible for patient's care by assessing treatment needs, monitoring treatment plan and progress. I am also the one who admits the patient to the Skilled Nursing facility by reviewing their records and evaluating the patient.
Prior working as a Case Manager, I was an eligibility, benefits and claims specialist from an Insurance company in the US. I also handled creating prior authorizations for future procedures and admissions.
I am fully trained with HIPAA and also a certified Trainer.
