I have been a customer service & technical support representative for over 6 years, with 2 years recently in an at-home position handling multiple brands via email, chat & phone support. In my last position, I responded to customer emails, used live chat help, helped to answered inbound calls and resolved the customer’s issues to their satisfaction. I ensured that I also kept track of all contacts that needed follow-ups and escalated any significant transactions to make sure that they were resolved. I spent 6 years with ---------- (Amazon Shopping App) as a Customer Service Representative and later as a Subject Matter Expert. I worked in a fast-paced call center environment, handling 50 to 60 calls per day, along with email follow-ups and chat support. As an SME, I also supported other tea ---------- mbers by providing expert-level guidance and helping improve team performance. Throughout my career, I've developed strong communication skills, the ability to multitask across platforms and brands, and a solid understanding of what it takes to deliver a great customer experience. I'm tech-savvy, quick to learn new systems, and always eager to improve and grow in my role. I’m currently looking for a long-term opportunity where I can contribute to a team, help streamline operations, and support the growth of the business.
