Profile Description

My job mainly covers the accounts receivable. I call and email clients on a regular basis in making collections and follow ups. I also keep track of payments to make sure a receipt will be sent to the Upgrade to see actual info my line of work, billing questions are co-related with services so I coordinate with other teams, supervisors, managers, legal department and sometimes the CEO to verify contentions and raise points. Additionally, as much as I can do with the information available, I give accurate remedies to client dilemmas with regards to their billings.
