I've worked as a Customer Service Representative at one of the leading BPO Company for more than 2 years, handling an International account both Inbound and Outbound. After a year and a half, I got promoted as a Trainer/Team Supervisor and was sent to do training to various places, specifically Manila and Dumaguete. I'm very good with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). And since I have an experience working in a Call Center, I can say that I'm a Sales & Marketing savvy. I'm very much familiar with Wordpress and I can definitely work at it, although I'm not an expert. I've talked and worked with people who were hot-tempered so I'm positive that I can work with grace under pressure. I can assure you that with the experience that I had, I'd be a great help in your business and to help your company grow.
