I worked as a Customer Service Representative/Technical Support to several US-based accounts like Metro by T-Mobile, Rushcard (Prepaid Card company), and Comcast. I was awarded a couple of times for my dedication and growth towards work. I am a results-oriented, vision-driven, hardworking punctual fellow that would be willing to learn any task that you will throw at me. I consider every difficult milestone a challenge only to make me shine even brighter.

I am proficient in English, speaking, and writing. I am easily trainable, highly organized, and can determine a particular and efficient workflow during training. I can work autonomously and ensures that my client wouldn't spend too much time training me.
Multitasking is an everyday skill for me, along with being patient, compassionate, and honest. I always make sure that I deliver the best possible result on time.

Currently, I am looking for a Home-based job for my convenience. Working at home is very easy. I am also flexible when it comes to shifting schedules available. I am very keen when it comes to details that clients wanted me to do. I am very proud to say that I am a performer, a team player, and a fast learner.
