I have more than 5 years experience of working from home and I believe that my professional expertise aligns closely with the responsibilities that may be outlined in your careers advertisement.
My first client was a Digital Agency based in US - Search Scientists. I stayed with them for almost 2 years . I was an optimization specialist back then. I basically assist them in optimizing adwords campaigns, submit A/B testing Ads that they can use for the ads, perform keyword research for positive and negative keywords. I also created ads/images using canva for their Display campaigns. After that I was also a Part-Time  Campaign Optimizer for an Ad Agency based in Singapore - Ice Cube Asia and in Australia - Think Big Online Upgrade to see actual info was a project based role. I basically do the same kind of work. I am also assisting their PPC Manager with the Marketing Upgrade to see actual infoanize themed Ad Groups, text ads and keywords. I was also a Part time Optimization Specialist for a Digital Agency in US - J29 Creative. I simply assist them in monitoring their ads campaign. Help them create text ads, perform keyword research and create tightly themed ad groups.And then I also became a Virtual Assistant for Real Estate. We perform seller lead calls, create buyers list, we also do skip tracing. I also was Storage Facility Admin Assistant based in US for more than 2 years. We handled 9 facilities in different states. I handle incoming and outgoing calls, assist in storage rental inquiries. Perform move-in and move out process for tenants, handles payments. I also do inventory lists for those units that are ready for rent.I was also a Rental Property Manager for more than a year. I handle rent responsibilities such as monthly rental payments, posting of available rental properties in Upgrade to see actual info and facebook using Marketplace. I also do initial screening of tenants, appointment setting for leads who wish to view our available units. Preparing of lease agreements and issuance of notices.
