I am an experienced and passionate content/community moderator who has attention to details and can incorporate my own style in any given project. My latest experience is being a Trust & Safety Associate, wherein I review tickets and in-game reports issued by users against other users that may have violated community guidelines through their behavior and/or user-generated contents such as photos, videos, public chats, private message, etc.
I also have 7 years of experience working as a live comments section moderator for various international news portals such as Fox News, MSN, The Sun UK and many more. As a content/community moderator, I make sure that I keep the online community safe for all members with the use of set guidelines.
I also have significant social media management experience, particularly in content creation, scheduling post, commenting/replying and group moderation for Facebook and Instagram accounts, having previous clients under financial, self-improvement, health and fitness sectors, as well as a short stint working as a lead generator for an iGaming company.
Additionally, I also worked as an administrative assistant for a company abroad from 2008 to 2018.
