BPO Industry, below are the following:
1. CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SALES REPRESENTATIVE
CHAT SUPPORT
•Provide excellent service to customers who have billing issues, technical problems and promotional offer expirations;
•Offer customers the best value of their money;
•Create orders through CRM tool such as new purchased product/service, suspension and disconnection of service;
•File complaint in behalf of the customer by creating a ticket to be submitted to escalation team;
•Always aim to provide satisfaction and SMILE to their faces at the end of every conversation. ??
2. BACK OFFICE
•Verify faxed documents that were sent by a medical facility/doctor if the procedures, prescriptions, surgery and medications listed were medically necessary;
•Double check patient's insurance whether active or not and its coverage;
•Verify patient's information if all correct or not.
Other SKILLS:
1. GRAPHIC DESIGN (ENTRY LEVEL): Knowledge in editing and layouting photos using CANVA and ADOBE PHOTOSHOP AND ILLUSTRATOR;
2. VIDEO EDITING (ENTRY LEVEL): Knowledge in editing videos in school, in workshops and gatherings using apps like Power Director and such.
3. DOCUMENT CONVERSION: Experience in converting documents such as Word to PDF, vice versa and such.
4. MICROSOFT OFFICES: such as Excel, Word, PPT and the likes.
