Profile Description

I'm an experienced customer service associate with an administrative assistant background (handling Australian accounts at a BPO company) for several years. With my knowledge of Google and MS applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), my tasks revolved around email management and support, shipment booking and tracking, data entry, and customer support.

I am very detail-oriented, creative and usually work with minimum supervision.
I get things done with quality and proficiency, having integrity and reliability in mind to deliver the best output.

I really want a long-term home-based job, which I believe I can be more productive and efficient with since I am more focused and free from corporate politics and distraction.
