Profile Description

I am currently working as a Mechanical Design Engineer. I can design using these softwares such as:
-Autodesk 2D
-3D Inventor and
-Solidworks 3D.
My duties are as follows:
-Makes arrangement drawings from a General layout of the entire conveyor plant.
-Make assembly drawings of mechanical equipments, support structures.
-Makes assembly or installation manuals for the installation process.
-Makes part drawings out of assembly or layout drawings, providing all parts details and dimensions for fabrication by the help of AutoCad software.
-Makes Attach study and analysis using Solidworks for a certain conveyor equipment to study their life span and stress analysis.
-Converting 2D to 3D using Autodesk Inventor.
-Develops and prepares engineering designs and drawings from preliminary concepts, sketches, engineering calculations, specification sheets and
other data for estimates as preparation for bidding.
-Make layouts and draws schematic, orthographic or angle views to depict functional relationship of components, assemblies, systems and machines for better understanding.
-Provides calculations to develop and design detailed specifications for components, machinery or equipments.
-Reviews, checks and analyzes specifications, sketches, drawings, ideas and related data to assess factors
affecting component designs.
Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
-Making Project Schedule and progress reports.
-Site Problem and Countermeasure Presentation.
