My skills include email handling, encoding, data entry, customer service, web research, scheduling and appointment, report preparation and training. Aside from that, I am also well-rounded in inbound, outbound, email and chat support that caters to Australian, New Zealand and Indian Sub Continent clients. I've been a Subject Matter Expert, was trained to handle client escalations, conducted product and new hire training, made an article for the client knowledge base tool, and conducted other tasks as assigned to a Team Manager and trainer.
I know my way with using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and internet navigation, with typing speed of 60 wpm.
I am keen to learn new things and is very much willing to try and work with new challenges. I believe I will be a valuable asset to your team.
