I specialize in helping e-commerce brands manage both customer support and backend operations, so everything runs smoothly and nothing slips through the cracks.

I don’t just reply to emails, I make sure issues are fully resolved. Whether it’s handling refunds, tracking orders, following up with suppliers, or keeping everything organized behind the scenes, I take ownership of the process from start to finish.

With experience in Shopify, customer support, and operations, I’m comfortable managing:
