I used to work with WageWorks and take care of the patients who inquire their coverage for Health Savings Account (HSA), Health and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs), Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRA)
I am knowledgeable to navigate the tools for Blue Cross Blue Shield, Optum, Cigna, United Healthcare, Oscar and other third-party insurance provider, such as Wellfleet and more.
I also handled resubmission of claims of the patients to their respective insurance provider. I have HIPAA Certificate.
I am able to troubleshoot computer and Wireless gateway. I used to work with Comcast for 3 years and for AT&T for 2 years as a Technical/Sales representative. I am knowledgeable to use CRM tool.
