I help U.S. real estate investors fill their calendars and close more
deals — without spending their day on the phone.

For the past 3+ years, I've supported investors remotely with cold
calling, lead nurturing, appointment setting, and probate research
using FreedomSoft, BatchDialer, and BatchLeads. Before that, I spent
9 years in BPO customer support, which means I handle objections
calmly, represent your business professionally, and never ghost a lead.

What I actually do for clients:
- Cold call motivated seller lists and qualify leads
- Book appointments directly onto investor calendars
- Nurture warm leads through follow-up sequences
- Research probate and pre-foreclosure data
- Manage e-commerce fulfillment and customer escalations

I've recently completed Transaction Coordination coursework and trained
on GoHighLevel (GHL) so I can step into more of your pipeline — not
just the front end. I've also completed a 30-day Claude AI mastery
training, which means I actively use AI tools to work faster and
deliver cleaner outputs — fewer errors, less back-and-forth for you.

I work full-time, Philippine hours or U.S. overlap, and I bring my own
systems. You won't spend weeks training me on the basics.
