For almost 5 years time I was able to experienced Human Resource field particularly in recruitment (from filing their documents and organizing important data of their employment through the help of excel)
as well as dealing with employees concern is also one of the responsibilities I had as an HR personnel.
Another year, I was given a chance to supervise people also. With these, my skills in organizing things as well as thorough observation during recruitment and dealing with different individual helped me a lot.Through those experiences I can able to work with minimal supervision and I'm looking forward that it will also help your business as you consider me as one of those qualified applicants.
