Profile Description

I am a fast learner, self-motivated, hardworking, dedicated, and willing to be trained. I always ensure that the quality of my outputs is above satisfaction. I love to stay home and read or learn all the time, and I enjoy doing indoor activities, which is why I feel very comfortable working at home.
I have extensive training as a Customer care representative. I have been trained to handle complex customer concerns and real-time escalations. I also managed mini teams with 4 - 6 members. I also have years of experience in the BPO industry, conducting US, UK, and AU projects/campaigns. For over a year, I've handled many roles such as Customer Service Representative, Technical Support, Sales Representative, Collections Specialist, Billing, and Escalation.
I've worked with different companies for the past 10 years. I'm adaptable to new concepts and responsibilities, and a highly diversified Team Player. As a customer service representative, I gained knowledge in areas of customer service in multiple lines of business, including administrative, scheduling, supervising, and improving processes.
