Profile Description

I am a fast learner, self-motivated, hardworking, dedicated, and willing to be trained. I always ensure that the quality of my outputs is always above satisfaction. I love to stay home all the time and I enjoy doing indoor activities that’s why I feel very comfortable working at home.
I have extensive training as a Customer care representative. I have been trained to handle complex customer concerns and real-time escalations, I also managed mini teams with 3-4 members. I also have years of experience in the BPO industry conducting US UK and AU projects/campaigns. For over a year, I've handled many roles such as Customer Service Representative, Technical support, Sales representative, Collections Specialist, and Escalation.
I've worked with different companies for the past 6 years. I'm adaptable to new concepts, and responsibilities, and a highly diversified Team Player. From a customer service representative, I gained knowledge in areas of customer service in multiple lines of business, administrative, scheduling, supervising, and improving processes.
