Profile Description

I am currently working as the Head of HR Department for a cold storage company for almost 5 years now and is looking for a part-time online job related to writing or any administrative task. I worked as a Customer Representative for Telstra, the biggest telecommunications company in Australia. I answered calls coming from Australian customers, handling inquiries about their mobile services such as: billing, prepaid activation, tier 1 troubleshooting, products and services and other complaints.
I used to work as a freelance article writer and general transcriptionist. I have teaching skills as well. I worked as
a Science and English school teacher for 2 years.
I worked in Customer Service and Sales for more than 5 years now I am very adept in speaking and writing in English.
I am also skilled in Microsoft Applications and I can handle documentation, data entry, and organizing files. I can commit to 20-25 hours per week.
