Profile Description

I am not a person with so much skills, but I'm always eager to learn and would like to improve myself. Nevertheless, I am fluent in both oral and written English. Has an average typing skills, can do basic Excel ,and can do multitasking since I've experienced in both chat and phone support. I've worked for retail account for almost 3 years so I already have knowledge in dealing different type of customers and I've worked under Health care provider company, which request authorizations and payments from insurances for medical equipments for almost 2 years. One thing I can be proud of to myself is that I have good work ethics, determined and always on time and present during working hours.
