I am currently working in the BPO industry under the Local Number Portability (LNP) department, handling telecommunications-related customer support, ticket sequencing, workflow coordination, and issue resolution. My role requires strong communication, active listening, organization, and problem-solving skills while utilizing multiple systems and operational tools in a fast-paced environment.

Alongside my current role, I am seeking part-time remote opportunities in Customer Support or Virtual Assistant work to supplement my income. I am experienced in voice, email, and chat-based customer support, with strong skills in communication, organization, and problem-solving.

I am familiar with tools such as ACSS, Syniverse, Slack, spreadsheets, Google Workspace, and AI-assisted support systems. I am highly adaptable, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently or within structured workflows.

I am looking for part-time remote roles where I can contribute my customer service experience, administrative skills, and operational support capabilities while maintaining my current full-time role.
