I've been working for almost six years as a Subject Matter Expert for QuickBooks Online for Accountants. With the said experience, I have gained excellence in the field of accounting, bookkeeping, payroll processing and taxation using various Intuit products (e.g. QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Online Payroll, QuickBooks Online for Accountants and Online Payroll).
Ever since I was part of the Intuit QuickBooks family, I am proud to say that I've been a consistent achiever through the years that I've been with them. I've always been a Site Champion even when I was still a Technical Support Representative and even up to I have become a Subject Matter Expert. When I was handling my own team, I always ensure to remain at the top and I strongly believe that this is because of my determination and willingness to become the best of what I can possibly be. There are no room for errors here, I am perfectionist as what most people say about me and I don't see anything wrong with it. I always get the job done with 100?curacy.
The knowledge, experience and full background in bookkeeping and payroll processing structured my capabilities in problem solving, analysis and critical thinking.
I have a strong technical background in using QuickBooks Online in doing day to day bookkeeping or accounting. I'm very well versed as well in doing entries in QuickBooks Online like managing accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Reconciling bank statements within QuickBooks Online is also my forte. All I need is a copy of your bank statement and I can get the job done in a timely manner with zero errors, mistakes or invalid entries.
If you're using QuickBooks Online I can assure you that you'll be able to maximize its potential in handling your accounting for your business at a very minimal cost. I can also give tutorials on how you could do proper bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online account with your bank or any applications like PayPal, Shopify and Square.
I am also very much knowledgeable about payroll processing/taxation in every state in the USA and I'm up to date when it comes to any updates per state. I can prepare all the forms that needs to be submitted to the State and to the Federal Government for you, whether it's a quarterly or an annual form.
With the training provided, we are able to fully use the functions and become an expert at the payroll and taxation side of QuickBooks Online Payroll as well. I can make sure that the forms that you will file would be error free and it will be submitted in a very timely manner for you to avoid getting penalized by the IRS or by the State. I can even help and tutor you in paying your state and federal taxes and we can also use it in paying employees through direct deposit.
