Hi, I'm Joyce, a Virtual Assistant with experience supporting a luxury interior design studio and a short-term rental design business.

I understand that running a design business involves much more than creating beautiful spaces. Behind every successful project are organized systems, responsive client communication, accurate documentation, and consistent marketing.

In my previous role, I supported day-to-day operations by managing client communications, preparing invoices through Mydoma, organizing documents, creating SOPs, coordinating administrative tasks, writing newsletters, managing social media content, and helping maintain efficient workflows.

Prior to freelancing, I worked as an Area Administrative Assistant supporting 12 bank branches, where I developed strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

I'm passionate about helping interior designers stay organized, deliver an exceptional client experience, and free up more time to focus on designing spaces their clients love.
