I worked as an KYC ( Know your Customer) Agent in a Online Wallet Account. We provide assistance with the verification and approval of customers application for their account. And at times there were things that needed to be thoroughly check with their account and if they needed to submit additional documents then we are going to get intouch with them via emails.

We always use excel to keep track of our produtivity and also this is frequently used when generating reports and the computation of agents' statistics.

Working as a KYC (Know your Customer) we are trained to be very keen on details processing hundreds of customer applications everyday while maintaining the quality and quantity not sacrificing either of the two. One mismake may lead to a lot of complications with the customer accounts that is why you have to focus and have good attention to details.

We use Zendesk to communicate with customers, clients, and partners to document all necessary steps we made with the customers' accounts. In addition, we also use this to check our agents' productivity and backtrack the employees that handled the customers' ticket.

I am moderating videos from a dating site and labeling them according to the guidelines that are set by the client.

I worked as a transcriptionist for an AI application transcribing both English and Filipino languages.

Collecting data from different devices that are provided by the client and the data that are collected will be sent and used by the developers to enhance the product they are developing. I also became a supervisor that supervises the data collectors.
