Profile Description

Senior Collections Officer
• In-depth knowledge of credit and application policy and procedures
• Ability to maintain complete and accurate records of all collection activities
• Monitoring of delinquent accounts and implements collection
• Working with banking operations and customer to resolve complex issues in AR
• Assist customer with information on payment arrangements and account disputes
• Responds to inquiries from customer or external collection procedures
• Receives/places calls or send letters to customers to resolve billing or invoice issues on delinquent account
• Reviews and make recommendations regarding bad debts or write-offs

E-commerce CSR
• Responds and provide knowledgeable answers to customers email enquiries thru Zendesk tickets in regards to their enquiries such as order status, delivery timeframes etc
• Processing orders, returns, replacement, warranties and refunds.
• Deal with orders in the back office and liaise with logistics (warehouse and couriers for Australia and USA)
• Responds to brand's customers via Facebook/Instagram inbox and comments, handling reviews and such
• Manage ongoing customer relationships utilizing our CRM tools such as Zendesk and Shopify
• Delivering 100% customer satisfaction in regards to dispatch of products and ensuring after-sales support is being provided.
• Handling inbound/outbound phone calls, emails and chats from online customers.
