I am a new Freelancer looking for a full-time job. I have been in the BPO industry for roughly 10 years and handled different international accounts from a well-known Technology company to a Transportation company, a Telecommunication company, a Production company, Bank to a Foodservice company. Trained to a different LOB such as Inbound and Outbound customer service rep, Chat Support Representative, Email Support Representative, and back-office Representative. I am hard working, passionate, diverse, and easy to deal with. I welcome opportunities to try new things and expand my knowledge when it comes to other fields of work. Something about myself, I am inclined to arts. I love everything about the arts. I draw and I can do edit of photos and can create videos too. So I am open to content creation, graphic designing, or social media marketing.
