Profile Description

I’m a finance professional with 6+ years of experience supporting accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, and media finance operations for local and international companies across the digital media, advertising, BPO, and professional services industries.

My expertise covers end-to-end AP and AR processes, including high-volume invoice processing, vendor and client reconciliations, billing and collections, dispute resolution, bank reconciliations, payment tracking, and financial reporting. I’ve worked closely with media vendors and agency finance teams, ensuring invoices are accurately matched to bookings, discrepancies are investigated and resolved, and reconciliations are completed within tight deadlines.

In my current role as a Media Reconciler – Media Payables, I support Australian media agencies under Publicis Groupe, performing vendor statement of account reconciliations, invoice validation, variance analysis, and coordination with media teams and vendors to resolve disputed charges and historic discrepancies. I also assist with monthly high-level and detailed reviews of media creditor balances, while strictly following internal controls, compliance requirements, and audit standards.

Previously, I handled billing, AR monitoring, and bank reconciliations for PHP and USD accounts, processing 400–500 invoices monthly and supporting month-end close, revenue checks, and reporting. I’ve also held senior AP/AR roles where I reviewed reimbursements and vendor invoices, prepared journal entries and accruals, and built Excel-based tools that improved reporting turnaround time and accuracy.

I’m proficient in SAP, NetSuite, COUPA, RAMP, Microsoft Excel, and Google Workspace, and I’m comfortable working remotely or on-site, across time zones, and with minimal supervision. I’m known for being detail-oriented, dependable, and proactive—especially in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
