My responsibilities include tenant coordination, vendor sourcing and supervision, lease and contract preparation, expense tracking, bookkeeping, and monitoring accounts payable and receivable. I also prepare monthly financial reports such as rent rolls and financial summaries for property owners and assist with identifying potential investment properties.
